, is seeking a new team member to help infiltrate the commercial stone & tile market.
If you're skilled in stone and tile estimating, enjoy making business-to-business connections, and want to get in on the ground floor of this new subsidiary from the makers of kitchen & bath CRATE, then this is the opportunity for you.
You'll work directly with Trinity Renovation CEO Scott Monday to launch this exciting new service with exceptional growth potential.
About Our Company Founded in 2010, Trinity Renovation, Inc.
, via kitchen & bath CRATE, has built more than 1,200 kitchens and bathrooms for clients in the Central Valley and Tri-Valley areas of Northern California.
In the last decade, Trinity Renovation, Inc.
has opened a 2nd office (Elk Grove, CA), acquired a countertop and tile company (AAI Tile & Stone), and moved into a 2-acre, 3-building campus just north of Modesto, CA.
The next phase in Trinity's growth is to launch into the adjacent commercial stone & tile sector.

Job Description:
Collaborate directly with the CEO, helping develop and implement short and long-term goals for this new subsidiary.
Generate bidding opportunities via property owners, property managers, and commercial general contractors.
This will include generating contact lists, making cold calls, building business-to-business relationships, networking, etc.
Conduct on-site job walks as needed to define the customer's needs and establish detailed scopes of work via written communication, diagrams, and photographs.
Accurately and carefully estimate projects, accounting for the labor, material, and equipment needed to perform the project to brand standards.
Manage projects under construction, including project set-up, material procurement, customer communication, quality control, and oversight of field personnel.
Attend trade shows and events specific to our customers, building relationships and generating bidding opportunities.
Build relationships with suppliers to secure quality materials at the best possible prices.

While our company is closed on the weekends, this position will require work outside of typical business hours on a fairly regular basis.

Attributes and qualifications most important for this role:
Reside within a commutable distance of Modesto, CA.
Relocation assistance is provided as needed.

Estimating abilities, including:
Defining project scopes Reading formal project plans and specifications Creating and updating spreadsheets Understanding of stone & tile construction materials and methods Project management abilities, including:
Generating Gantt schedules Material procurement Managing field manpower Clean DMV record, as you'll be using a company-provided vehicle.
While not required, these attributes will increase your chances of great success:
Possess excellent written communication skills.
At least five years of experience in commercial construction, specifically stone & tile.
General knowledge of the building industry from a contractor, designer, or engineering perspective.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software or the ability to learn.
Ability to learn new computer software.
Experience in recruiting and hiring field personnel.
Compensation:
Base salary plus performance-based compensation contingent upon experience.
Total salary plus performance-based compensation opportunities should exceed $120,000 per year as you contribute to the growth of the company.
